1. If you are not yet a writer with enkatini, send an email to Enkatini1@gmail.com with a link to your Medium profile and an example of the kind of writing you will be submitting to the publication. You will receive a response from the publication as soon as possible.

2. The work submitted to enkatini should be exclusively submitted to enkatini. If it’s already posted on your page, it should be less than a month old.

3. If you’re already one of enkatini’s writers, you may submit your work directly to the publication by clicking the ‘…’ next to publish then choose ‘submit to publication’. Choose enkatini from the options provided.

4. All posts must have a photo attached to it. It must be clear (at least 1000 pixels). The photo must be credited to the photographer or the site of origin. A license type must be provided, either CC0(creative commons public domain/ no rights reserved) of CC-BY 2.0 (creative commons generic attribution/copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format/ remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially/you must give appropriate credit). A link to the source must also be provided, preferably as the caption. Google images may be used, simply search for the image you want, click the ‘tools’ option near the top of the page, then click ‘usage rights’ and select ‘labeled for reuse’, these are the options you can choose from. You may not however, use images from Pinterest or Maxpixel.freegreatpicture.com. If the image is your own, kindly let us know.

5. The first two tags of your piece must be enkatini and the type of writing being submitted e.g. poetry, fiction, short story etc. The remaining tags may be any of your choosing.

6. This publication will under no circumstances publish any form of hate speech or promote any form of hate speech, racism, discrimination, sexism, gossip, bashing. Any piece with any of these themes will not be published.

7. Publishing days will be Thursdays and Sundays. In case the drafts are very many, a third day will be added.
